The Lutetia Cafe' 's owner is a Frenchman who had taught at TES "Tiapie Europen School".He opened this shop in Taiwan because he loves Tianmu.His two kids are enrolled at the local elemantary school.The coffee and the dessert are tasty and cheap,so it's really popular here.The name "Lutetia" is the old name for Paris.The cafe is called "lutetlia" because it wants to represnt the French flavour in Taiwan.
